Die Lebensrealität von Wohnungslosen ist vielen unbekannt. Zudem sind Wohnungslose oft von Stigmatisierung betroffen und erfahren Gewalt, Ablehnung und Diskriminierung. Wir wollen für die Lebenssituationen und Probleme sensibilisieren. Wir wollen zeigen, wie es passieren kann, dass man sein Obdach verliert und auch, welche Hilfsangebote existieren. Zudem wollen wir Möglichkeiten aufzeigen, wie man als nicht betroffene Person trotzdem helfen und unterstützen kann.

Das ganze soll in Workshops an Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene bspw. an Schulen vermittelt werden, um so früh wie möglich ein Bewusstsein für die Lebensrealität von Wohnungslosen in Deutschland zu schaffen.

Many people still don’t know a lot about the living situation of homeless people. Additionally, homeless people often suffer from stigmatization and experience violence, rejection and abuse.

Therefore, we want to raise awareness for the struggles that homeless people have to face every day. We want to show how you can happen to lose your home. We want to inform about existing support programs. And we want to illustrate ways of helping for people who want to help and get engaged.

To achieve that, we want to talk to teenagers and young adults in interactive workshops so that we can raise awareness for the situation of homeless people as soon as possible.
