Bio

Ann-Christin is located in Berlin and joined Social Impact Award in 2023 and started as Finance & Operations Manager. She quickly changed her role to Legal & Team Manager. She is in charge of all team-related topics as well as legal issues. She works for Social Impact Award International, holding the space for her team working closer to the socially impactful endeavors.

Before that, Ann-Christin (M.A. Dance Studies, MPhil Intercultural Communication) has worked as a producer for Performing Arts since 2010-22. She has worked for numerous dance, theater and performance festivals and has managed several events formats. Since 2019, Ann-Christin has also worked as a mentor for Creative Producers in the Performing Arts sector (main topics: freelance administration such as tax law and work contracts, workflow and strategic planning, event management). Ann-Christin is also a yoga teacher and organizes teacher training courses, workshops, and retreats.
